Just now operational authorisations are implemented. This has an impact on the edit/quickscan part of flightplans. You were able to set a volume determination method. This method determines the operational volume and riskbuffer lines.

Now the volume determination method is linked to the operational authorisation. This is a one to one relation in the database.
Currently the following operational authorisations are implemented.
These all fall in the EASA category. All operational authorisations also have constraints (like flight speed and flight height). These are now visible with the field. Also important to note is that you can not set values higher than the constraint. This prevents you from making mistakes.
There is also the possibility to add custom operational authorisations. With a custom operational authorisation you can choose the volume determination method.

Creating custom operational authorisation is for enterprise subscriptions.
Due to this change we can also easily implement new and specific volume determination methods. If you have a specific SORA with a volume determination method different then currently present, contact DroneDeck.
You can test DroneDeck risk free for 30 days. No limitations and all the time you need to give DroneDeck a good test ride.
